You will be my witnesses in Jerusalem

Jesus told his disciples,

“you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth”

Acts 1:8

Church, let us love the Jerusalems.

God loves the people of America. He loves the people of the corporate world. He loves those who are complacent. He loves those who are first-world, entitled, affluent and disobedient.

The West needs Jesus too. Let us not abandon or chastise the ministry of Jerusalem for the ministry of Judea, Samaria, and the ends of the earth. We are a body and we must work together.

For those who are ministers of Jerusalem. Thank you for your work in “local missions.” We need you. Thank you.
